About Porbandar Beach
Porbandar Beach, known locally as Chowpatty, is the city's seafront on the Arabian Sea, within walking distance of the town centre. Locals and tourists come here for evening walks, to watch the waves and to see boats and ships out at sea. After dark, the lights of Porbandar port can be seen from the shore.
