About Sinh Sadan Orientation Centre
The forest department's orientation centre is in the Sinh Sadan complex at Sasan, where you report for the Gir Jungle Safari. It is set up as an interactive museum and explains Gir's natural history through life-size models of animals and birds, a birdcall identification board, and panels on the behaviour and habitat needs of the forest's wildlife.
